We are specifically looking for an R.T. with credentials in MR. A bachelor's degree is required (master's preferred) with 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Do you have a passion for data and psychology, or know someone who does? Our psychometricians are responsible for the psychometric integrity of ARRT's certification programs. They use their expertise to drive innovative and strategic initiatives to evaluate modern testing methodologies and innovative item types. The minimum qualifications include a Doctorate in Psychometrics, Quantitative Methods in Psychology, Educational Measurement, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field. We'd prefer someone with two or more years of experience in Applied and Research Psychometrics, experience in credentialing, and intermediate R programming skills.
