MRI and mammography practice analysis surveys are being sent to a random sample of certified and registered technologists. The results from these surveys are used to revise the clinical requirements and content specifications. The updated content specifications are also used for the structured self-assessment which is required every 10 years for registered technologists who took their examination(s) after 2010.
We ask that if you receive a survey, please complete and return it, or submit it. It is very important for ARRT to know what is currently being done in the field. The survey may be on paper that you can mail back. It also includes a URL and QR code to access the survey online. Others may receive an email with a link to the survey to complete online.
Practice analysis surveys are sent out every 5 years for each discipline. If you or a coworker receive a survey, it is very important to complete and return or submit it. By completing a survey, you will help to assure that current content is included on the certification exam, structured self-assessment, and clinical requirements.
