As a committee volunteer or an item writer, you may have had difficulties or frustrations with submitting the qualifications needed to participate. We are updating and streamlining the process. We will no longer be collecting every qualification individually or requiring submission through your volunteer profile.
We are setting up a system in which we will collect annual qualifications. Once a year, determined by when you start your volunteer assignment, you will receive an email with a link to the documents you must complete to continue your participation. The necessary qualifications are in one simple document with all the required fields easily identifiable. After pressing a simple "Submit" button at the bottom, you will receive a copy.
It's as simple as that! We hope that you find this new process user friendly and less of an intrusion on your valuable time.
