We are requesting new, original, medical images and videos to use on our exams at the ARRT. The good, the bad, and the ugly all work for us!  Please know images and videos that are submitted to the ARRT may not be used anywhere else. For copyright reasons, the ARRT does not accept images or illustrations from books or the internet. We will copyright the image or video you submit to the ARRT.

How to get images:

Follow your organization's policies for copying and sharing images and videos.

Talk to your administration about where images and videos are stored. Some facilities have a storage area for images that went wrong, especially training facilities. Note these images or videos could not be kept for use in your facility after submitting them to the ARRT.

How to prepare an image for submission:

Remove any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on the image or video before sending it to us.

Submit one image with circles, arrows, any other indicators needed on it. Also submit one "clean" image without the indicators on it.

Where to send the images and or videos:

Please send images and/or videos to the ARRT to Amber Yares, amber.yares@arrt.org, in an email.

If you are an Item Writer or on an exam committee, you may submit the image using your Item writer software account.
