Volunteering is all about teamwork and commitment, and one often overlooked way that ARRT committee volunteers can contribute significantly is by RSVPing to your meetings promptly. This small consideration has big benefits for both the meeting planners and you.

Getting your meetings on your calendar enables you to plan your schedule effectively, balancing your commitment to the committee with your other obligations. In many cases, PTO requests with more advance notice are more likely to be approved. Additionally, RSVPing well in advance showcases your reliability, making you more likely to be considered for future ARRT volunteer opportunities.

For ARRT, receiving your RSVP well in advance of the meeting is of invaluable help. With confirmed numbers, we can confirm early on that we have a quorum, plan proactively, ensure adequate resources, and carefully put together for a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Submitting your RSVP well in advance of the deadline empowers ARRT to create a well-planned meeting, and makes your life easier by having your arrangements already taken care of by the time the meeting is approaching. If you have any questions about how to RSVP to a meeting, please refer to the Committee Member Information Page, or email volunteers@arrt.org with questions.

ARRT is grateful to all our volunteers-we appreciate the time you set aside to contribute to the profession!
