Guidelines for Applying the Language of the Disclaimer - is used in conjunction with the Item Writing Contract that you signed. It is a helpful guide should you find yourself in a situation in which you'd like to use your experience as an ARRT item writer in another professional capacity. The disclaimer statement can be found on our Item Writing contract and is also noted below.
"Though (Name) (was/is) an ARRT Item Writer, by binding contract (Name) cannot reveal in whole or in part any of ARRT's copyrighted questions or any other insider information about the ARRT's examinations or programs. The ARRT does not review, evaluate, or endorse review courses, activities, materials, programs, or products and this disclaimer should not be construed as an endorsement by the ARRT."
