Volunteers - We Need Your Resume!

You might be wondering why we need an updated resume as part of your volunteer profile. Your resume helps us better understand the skills and experience you'll be bringing to the committee. We'd like to have a wide range of abilities on our volunteer committees. It's important to have both technologists who are new to the field and technologists who have been in the field a long time. Our educators and clinical coordinators also bring experience to the committee that helps us better understand what is happening in practice and your resume helps us determine what your responsibilities are on the job.

The most important part of your resume is your current practice. Specifically, we hope your resume will include the following: your credentials, years of experience, type of setting you work in, awards, as well as the geographic location in which you practice. Since we're building an examination that is based on current clinical practice, we need committee members that can tell us what they are doing on the job on a day-to-day basis.

The ARRT Board of Trustees reviews the resume of every volunteer submitted for appointments to our committees.  Unfortunately, without a resume, you cannot be considered.  We also prefer resumes that are no more than three-years-old.  So, if it's been a while since you've sent us your resume, please consider uploading a new one.
