Every person who takes an ARRT exam has the opportunity to review an exam tutorial prior to taking the exam. The tutorial is the same for all ARRT exams. Here are three reasons why exam takers should consider reviewing the tutorial:
- At the test center, you will be asked if you want to review the tutorial before your exam begins. It will familiarize you with the format of the questions that you might see on your exam. Interactive examples of the types of questions, such as multi-select and sorted list, are given in the tutorial. It also allows you to try out the online calculator.
- The tutorial will demonstrate how to flag a question. Flagging questions allows you to review those questions again, if you have time left, without having to look at other questions.
- Test takers are given eight minutes to review the tutorial. This time is not part of your allotted test time. If you choose not to review the tutorial, the eight minutes will not be added to your test time.
