As ARRT prepares to host some in-person committee meetings, we'd like to share a few helpful tips to ensure you have a smooth trip and a productive, enjoyable experience.
Travel & Hotel Accommodations
- Our office and the hotel are located near the airport. To help ensure a good night's sleep, consider bringing earplugs or noise-canceling headphones to minimize potential air traffic noise.
- The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service. Upon arrival, please be patient while waiting and use the indoor waiting area to stay comfortable, whether it's warm or cold outside.
- When your shuttle arrives, confirm that it is for the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport before boarding.
Meeting Guidelines
- The recommended dress code is business casual. We suggest wearing or bringing layers, as temperatures can vary.
- Please wear your name badge at all times while on-site and remain within designated areas.
- You'll be in close proximity to others, so please be mindful of fragrances-some attendees may have sensitivities or allergies to perfumes, colognes, or scented products.
