Why is it beneficial to keep your details updated in your ARRT and volunteer portal accounts? Accurate information ensures smooth communication, so you receive the latest relevant news about volunteerism. Please note: if you move, you must update your address in your ARRT account to update it in your volunteer account.

How to Update Your Information

ARRT Account

  • Personal Information -
    • Complete the Address Change Form on the ARRT Website
      • Click the FORMS icon, or
      • Scroll to Quick Links at the bottom of the page and select FORMS
    • For other updates (email, contact number, personal details) -
      • Go to the Settings in the top navigation bar
      • Select Account for more options

Volunteer Portal Account

  • Log in to the portal and navigate to Edit Profile by clicking the dropdown arrow by your initials in the upper right corner
    • Update details such as your email, contact number, and sign up to receive text messages
  • While logged in, review and update job and preference information, specifically
    • Job title
    • Role
    • Disciplines in which you work at least 20% or more in a typical week
    • Volunteer Interests
