Thank you for sharing your time and energy with ARRT. We understand that volunteers balance many responsibilities, and we appreciate every effort you make to participate in committee work.

To help us plan efficient and productive meetings, it's important for us to know who will be attending. When you receive a meeting invite, a simple "I can't attend this one" is incredibly helpful if you're unable to make it. This quick communication allows us to confirm quorum and proceed without sending additional reminders.

Missing an occasional meeting is completely normal. Sometimes schedules change or conflicts come up, and that's to be expected. As long as we have quorum, we carry on as planned, and no action is needed from you beyond letting us know.

However, if you find that you're unable to attend meetings more regularly, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to talk with you about whether committee service still fits comfortably within your schedule. If it no longer does, we can support you in stepping back and invite another volunteer to fill the spot. Clear communication helps us maintain smooth operations while respecting your time and capacity.

Your openness about your availability helps us keep meetings purposeful and respectful of everyone involved. Thank you for contributing your time and perspective as a volunteer with ARRT.
